The spatial compositions of table D-23 are based on foldings. It consists of a single surface which develops an unique aesthetic in the folded and the un-folded state.

Among other design parameters, the design of D-23 is focused on saving material and maintaining low transportation costs. The object is a combination from two materials and is produced without the use of hinges or similar parts. The handmade, small series of tables impresses with the dynamic character of the object itself and the relation of surface and space.
